What we collect
- Your account: your email address and the name you choose.
- Your groups: who is in each group and the apps in it.
- What you put into apps: the entries you and your group add, like chores, expenses or lists.
- App requests: what you ask Fami to build or change.
- Notifications: if you turn them on, a push address for your device.
- On your phone, for offline use: screens you've opened, recent entries of apps you use, and photos you've viewed are kept on your device so they open without a connection. They're removed when you sign out, and when you leave a group or lose access to an app.
- Usage and errors: pages visited (without cookies) and error messages from your device, so we can fix problems. Feedback you send us.
Who can see it
The people in a group see that group's apps and everything entered in them. Nobody outside the group does. If someone makes their own copy of an app, they get the app without any of your group's data.
Who helps us run Fami
- Supabase stores accounts and app data (in Mumbai, India).
- Vercel hosts the site and counts page visits.
- Anthropic (Claude) builds and changes apps from your requests. It receives the request and, for a change, the app's code (and possibly a few example entries, so the changed app keeps working with your data).
- Resend sends sign-in and invite emails.
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your choices
- Leave a group or delete an app at any time from the app.
- Turn notifications off in the app or in your phone's settings.
- To see or delete everything we hold about you, send us a note with "Send feedback" in the app and we'll do it.
Fami is in early access, so this page will change as the product does. See also the terms.
